The Cassava Processing Project can be established as a viable commercial enterprise, utilizing available Cassava Tubers bought from Small Holders Farmers (SHF) in related Country. The Cassava Processing Plant will process 250 Tons of Cassava Tubers into 75 Tons/Day of Commercial Food Grade & Industrial Starch, Garri, Baking Flour, Animal Feed Pellets and Chips.
