Fish, Crawfish & Shrimp Processing Facility
The Main Processing Facility will consist of Pre-Engineered Project Building that will accommodate the Processing and Packaging Equipment, as well as Storage of the packaged Seafood Products. Other Equipment and Accessories to include Cold Storage & Refrigeration System, Fish, Crawfish & Shrimp Processing and Packaging Systems, 1MW Standby Power Plants, Industrial Ice Production Equipment, 3 x 5-Ton Refrigerated Trucks and Two Boats to be utilized to make several runs a day to the local Fishing Grounds to provide Industrial Ice to Fishermen to preserve their catch up to when the Boats make delivery of their ice stored Fish, Crawfish & Shrimp to the Processing Facility.
The Fish, Crawfish and Shrimp will be processed & packaged in Pre-Printed Packs and Cartons for onward distribution through a network of Fish Stores as well as Wholesalers, Grocery Stores and Fish Markets. Portions of each day’s catch will also be processed in the Smokehouse as Smoked Fish and Smoked Crawfish Products.
