Poultry Processing Plant

The Poultry Processing Plant will be capable of processing 6,000 4-5lbs Birds per day from established Poultry Farming Housing into finished Pre-Packaged Chicken Products. The Project will have a minimum annual production capacity of 405,000 Tons of Bird Per Year and requires 2 Hectares of Land to establish the Plant. Poultry Processing Machinery to include Live Bird Handling & Supply System, Slaughtering & Defeathering, Evisceration Vent cutter/opening machine VOC , Chilling, Grading & Bird Distribution, Portioning and Deboning in-Line thigh/drumstick deboning & Breast Filleting System AMF-BX, Automatic Portioning system ACM-NT Compact, Wing Cutting Module CC-F/KFC , Drumstick Cutting Module R-F , Packaging, Labeling, Data Acquisition and Logistic Control.

Support Equipment would include Pre-Engineered Cold Storage and Refrigeration Systems, 1.1MW Turbine Power Plant , 2 x 1 Ton Refrigerated Trucks to transport Processed Frozen Poultry Products to Distributors , Pre-Engineered Office & Factory Building (12,000 sq.ft.).

Estimated cost of Poultry Farming Project capable of producing 1,430 4-5lbs Birds per day, including Equipment , Installation, Training & Start-up, from $1.85million.
